Epicurean Adventures

Scott Eberts 477-1947

Andie Nuckels 268-2496

While we aren’t a traditional activities club that meets on a regular basis, when we do hold an event, it‘s one not to be missed!

Epicurean Adventures is for those true “foodies” who can’t miss an episode of Top Chef, know all the ins and outs of Iron Chef America, or just love food and wine. Even if you are new to the world of culinary delights, you can learn more by attending one of our functions. Our adventures have included multi-course dinners with wine pairings, wine tastings, movies in the vineyard and picnics at wineries—we really do like our wine. We like to explore our area’s wineries and restaurants and hold at least two events a year, with our latest adventure taking place at Solune Winery on May 9th. It will be six courses of fine cuisine paired with the wonderful wines that Jacques and Andrea produce at Solune. (If you haven’t already signed up, unfortunately you’ll have to wait until next time).

One note of mention--we are looking for new leaders to coordinate new epicurean adventures. So, if this sounds like something you’d be interested in organizing, feel free to call Scott or Andie and we’ll be happy to work with you to get started

Doe Firth, 478-0816
